For annual subscriptions:

  • Full refund is available within the first 30 days
  • After 30 days, no partial refunds are available
  • You may cancel anytime, and your access continues until the end of your billing period

4. Monthly Subscriptions

For monthly subscriptions:

  • Full refund is available within 30 days of your first payment
  • Subsequent months are not eligible for refunds
  • Cancel anytime before your next billing date to avoid future charges

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Purchases made more than 30 days ago
  • Team or enterprise plans (contact us for special arrangements)
  • Gift subscriptions (original purchaser may request refund)

6. Cancellation vs. Refund

Cancellation: Stops future billing. You retain access until the end of your current billing period.
