1. Eligibility for Refunds
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- You request a refund within 30 days of your initial purchase
- This is your first subscription with ArchitectIQ
- You have not previously received a refund from us
Refunds are available for both monthly and annual subscription plans.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

Verification
We'll verify your purchase date and eligibility within 1-2 business days.
Processing
Once approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
3. Annual Subscriptions
For annual subscriptions:
- Full refund is available within the first 30 days
- After 30 days, no partial refunds are available
- You may cancel anytime, and your access continues until the end of your billing period
4. Monthly Subscriptions
For monthly subscriptions:
- Full refund is available within 30 days of your first payment
- Subsequent months are not eligible for refunds
- Cancel anytime before your next billing date to avoid future charges
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Purchases made more than 30 days ago
- Team or enterprise plans (contact us for special arrangements)
- Gift subscriptions (original purchaser may request refund)
- Promotional or discounted subscriptions (subject to terms)
6. Cancellation vs. Refund
Cancellation: Stops future billing. You retain access until the end of your current billing period.
Refund: Returns your payment. Your access is terminated immediately upon refund processing.
